No. Seen does not write your CV for you. It diagnoses what is not working, then gives you a structured kit to work through in Claude or ChatGPT, in your own words.
Is Seen a recruitment agency?
No. Seen does not place candidates or contact employers on your behalf. It is shaped by recruiter and hiring-manager insight, not recruitment services.
Is this AI career coaching?
Not in the coaching-personality sense. Seen diagnoses one specific visibility problem and hands you a focused kit to fix it, worked through in Claude or ChatGPT.

How does the Visibility Audit work?
You answer questions about your story, CV, online presence, interviews, and follow-up. Seen scores each area and recommends the kit that fixes your biggest leak first.
What do I get after payment?
Access to that kit's guided, prompt-based content, matched to your career stage. You work through it in Claude or ChatGPT to produce your result.
Why do I need Claude or ChatGPT?
Seen's kits are structured prompts, not finished documents. You work through them using your own real experience, so the result sounds like you. A free account is enough.
Can I recover access if I close my browser?
Yes, manually. Email support with the address you used at checkout and the kit you purchased, and access will be restored. No account or password needed.
Can I use a reviewer code?
Reviewer codes are for invited testers only, unlocking a kit for free in exchange for feedback. If you were not given one, use the regular purchase flow instead.
